Nokia is not doing so well in recent J.D.Power study, even among "traditional' phones

The details of the study are available here:

According to this study Nokia is the worst among smartphones, and is only better than Kyocera among the "dumbphones". Way to go...

Btw, any more delays with N8? I just got a call from a nice lady from Philippines about my complaint regarding n97 mini (after 2 months!) and we had a nice long chat about what's wrong with their previous "flagship" and that we both hope that Nokia will not F@$k up another release of an very expensive, "revolutionary" phone. We shall see soon enough.

Signing off...

And also everyone know that people are upset with the N97, so what's new. I'm sure that the nice lady from the Philippines was board out of her scull talking about the problems with the N97 with you.

Why even bring up that you talked to someone in a call center in the Philippines, everyone knows that there are tons of call centers there.
