Nokia Flashing /software updating?

When Flashing /software updating a Nokia phone using NOKIA UPDATER it gives you the network version of the software eg if its a 3 phone it updates with the 3 version of the software

Is there a way to get it to update with a standard none network version of the software ?

If so please tell me how to do this ?
