Nokia express music phone difficulties?

hello i have a nokia express music phone but i am having some difficulties with it
Basically i dont know the model but the 3 buttons on the bottom are not touch activated
I need to know how to move everything onto my 8 gb memory card and also i need to know how to automatically save files to it which are sent to me such as songs


If anyone can help that would be outstanding thankyou
