Okay. I've only had this phone for about two months. I'm having issues with my shortcut keys. So, for the main middle button, I have it set for Menu. And the top right button, I have it set for T-Zones. When I press either of these two buttons, it doesn't work; Nothing shows up. But if I were to open up my Inbox and select the text by using the middle button, it works. And I can also go back using the top right button. I'm not sure as to what to do concerning this. I have turned the phone on and off. Help?
