Nokia emails aren't sending they're in outbox how to send them please it's urgent?

I wrote 4 emails to someoe on my mobile and then realzied a day later they are still in outbox!! I am so distressed please help me how do you send them!!?
Its Nokia E sixty three if that helps and am using the deafult program for mail .
