Nokia Email attachment download problem?

despite changing browsers on my nokia e63, whenever I try to download attachments, I get the following message: "Request missing required headers. The User-Agent, X-Client-UUID, X-Request-Id, and X-Device-Info headers are mandatory." Any ideas on what I can do? I've successfully downloaded in the past, its a recent issue pretty much. thnx
