Nokia email app help?

I have a Nokia 5800 and email was working fine until it crashed and the shop reset the phone for me. I added the app and my email address and it has loaded what messages it had but wont get any new ones. I've deleted and reinstalled the app but it gets to the same massage and wont download any more. What can I do? Thanks
