first of all i am from egypt so we are talking about unlocked sim free phones, i am not tied to stick with any kind of plans
i am thinking about nokia e72 as being robust and fully loaded with all kinds of connectivity options along with an efficient processing power (600mhz processor) which makes it really fast and responsive not to mention the 5 mega pixel camera awesome battery life and handy flash light functionality
but
i alose hate to stick with that small screen cause i need to be able to read many pdf books and many of them contains graphics and charts which makes small screens a real pain to manage to read one page only
i got nokia 97 mini to think about, its qwerty keyboard is all right and well spaced as well the screen is alot bigger than the e72, but from what i have read on the review sites i heared many so many people complaining about the need to format constantly and the way it hangs when getting in heavy flash web sites not to mention its small processing power (434mhz)
and of course there is that little eye candy from samsung the wave 8500, it looks sharp and sleek, got a 1 ghz processor sweet super AMOLED display, nice big screen size, can play divx and xvid ( i am a real fan of sitcoms and tv episodes and it wouldnt hurt to be able to watch something while on the go) but i am afraid about the route66 navigation software as opposed to free life time navigation from nokia maps, along with some bugs in the 8500 wave that need to be adressed in the next firmware update for the bada 1 operating system ( which samsung didnt seem to care for something like that in the not so far past), plus i dont know for sure if i am going to like typing on a touchscreen phone
money wise here in egypt samsung wave costs about 500 u.s.d while nokia n97 mini follows with about 425 u.s.d and last with the nokia e72 which is sold around 368 u.s.d
i am really confused here and i would like to hear suggestions from you guys
thanks in advance
