I recently purchased a Nokia e72 Pro

The phone is great, but I have one slight problem... Which button is shift or caps lock in Text Message mode? I know I can switch between caps on & off using shift + space, but then I have to cycle through about 9 other languages before it takes me back to caps off. Is there a shortcut to use shift to place just 1 capital letter?
