Nokia E72......?Lifetime Nokia Messaging subscription....?

I am thinking of buying the Nokia E72, however was wondering if anyone had any feedback as to how they work...

And also, I was wondering what the Nokia Messaging lifetime subscription included......is it unlimited email and instant messaging, or....? I have looked online, but most websites are confusing.... :)
