Nokia E71 Key Pad - Key Fell off.?

I have a Nokia E71 and my unlock key has fallen off - the very bottom on on the left had side.

My sister has the same phone and the same thing has happened to her, it cost her $80 to get the one key put back one.
I also know another 4 or 5 people who have had this happen to them.

So I was wondering has this happened to anyone else?
Also any suggestions where it will cost me less than $80 to get fixed?
 
Just lost 2 keys on my E71 .. like the glue for them has degraded and let the keys fall off ... yet to contact my phone provider as it's insured ... this sounds and looks like a manufacturing fault imho.
