Nokia E71 Ebuddy messenger Help please?

i recently brought a Nokia E71 i mostly use it for Calling Social networking and keeping in contact with my friends and boyfriend who is currently overseas we mostly chat on ebuddy messenger i clicked on clear all Privacy Data my mistake and now when i go to log in with the correct email and password it says invalid user name i didnt download it i use it from the site because i find it faster i dont know what to do i know many people have this model phone i have tried using another email adress switching it off taking the battery out calling up my service provider but nothing is working if anyone has had this problem or could tell me what to do i would be very greatfull thank you.
