Nokia E71 doesn't tell me who is calling?

I have been using a Nokia E71 for a little while, but it has suddenly stopped displaying the names of people who call, even though they are in my phone book. Every incoming call now shows only a telephone number, which is annoying, because it is now impossible to know who is calling.

Does anybody know this problem can be resolved?
