Nokia E71-2 New Firmware 501.21.001

I just updated my E71-2 RM-357 today with the latest fw update to v501.21.001. I guess it became available sometime last month. Anyone know any info on what it fixed? hopefully it fixed the random rebooting caused by ATT's 3G.. i searched and couldn't find anything. thanks in advanced!
 
I updated to 501.21.001 by mistake. The reason I say "by mistake" is after the upgrade I lost all my contacts and now the phone can not pair with my car automatically, I have to press "Yes" anytime when turning the car engine "ON". It did not say any warning during the upgrade process, only: "Please do not remove the phone from PC" (or something like that). I was stupid and Nokia is stupid too.

There is no user data preservation with the E71. Don't blame Nokia for your own inability to use your phone. RTFM.

On the BT, find your car BT system in your BT settings and select Options -> set as authorized.
 
Question - can you go to loudspeaker as soon as you hit dial? I cannot believe they broke that again on v500...i hate waiting to put the phone down. ;)

I'm getting Android phones now...interesting to see how the e71 still holds up. It's still such a great phone.
