When I make a call using VOIP (truphone) the person that I am calling can hear me just fine but I can't hear them. It's complete silence on my side (no ringing even). Regular GSM calls work fine. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.
Really couldn't say just yet why you are having this unusual problem.. however if you log into your Truphone account online and raise a support request, we will be glad to investigate the issue ASAP!!
