Nokia E65: can't open SMS message

Hello, just got my E65, i can't open text messages. I tried restarting the phone, but still doesnt work. Any solutions? thanks

nothing happends. no errors, nothing. just stays the regular screen.

u just got the phone? try turning the phone off and back on?? ALso you may just want to try to format your phone... search in the s60 section on this website you'll get better help there!
