Nokia E63 WAP cutting out?

i have a nokia E63 and i always used my WAP. but all of a sudden the WAP symbol under the '3G' is cut which means WAP is cutting out. Everywhere i go this symbol doesnt change and im not getting WAP reception anywhere. I believe this is either my phone or my provider (vodafone). Is there anyway of maybe changing my internet settings? or any other ideas? thanks
