Dell is offering a special on the E63, unlocked, for $198.39 with free shipping. The E63 has an E71-like form but with a few downgrades such as: Plastic instead of metal, 2 megapixel cam instead of the 3.2 megapixel, has EDGE only, No GPS, a small spacebar that is unusable and no dedicated power or volume buttons.
