I have bought a new E63 recently. The issue is my E63 restarts automatically while using it for surfing the internet on the PC. I have activated the GPRS service from IDEA and i am using it on the mobile phone as well as on the PC. But my mobile phone restarts after 5-10 minutes while using the internet connected through the mobile phone on PC. I am facing this problem all the times whether i connect through the data cable or through the bluetooth. My friend is also facing the same problem as he is also having the same Handset. I have replaced the software of the handset also from the authorized Nokia care center twice but still the problem persists. Is there any suggestion for me to resolve this issue?
