Nokia e63 phone help..?

..i have a nokia e63 phone and i got it like.. 2 - 3 months ago, i figure skate and every time i leave my phone in my bag, when i get off the ice, its always ice cold. (obviously lol) .. and then it tends to stuff up alot but its usually ok a few days later .. any ideas whats wrong with it? .. is it because of the cold?? ..plz helpp
