Just unpacked my E62 ($50 with 2 yr agreement) and this message is about Exchange Activesync only.

First you will need to download the application and then run it from Apps / Mail for Exchange.

Further you will need an Exchange UserName / PWD / Domain / Server Name to complete setting it up.
Hit BACK and BACK and there she goes.

I elected to have my last months emails sync-ed so it took a while.

Although you may have an Exchange username and password, it may still not work for you. Server admin can pretty much disable/enable everything they want.

I got my E62 to sync with Mail for Exchange just fine -- except when I try to view my Sent Mail in my desktop app (Entourage 2004 for Mac), it's an HTML only (not even multipart) message encoded in base64. No idea why -- I'm sending out a plaintext UTF-8 message. Do you have this issue with your setup?
