2. why is he using a yahoo id on google? fishy to me, but i'm a skeptic anyways
3. he obviously copied and pasted the description from Nokia's page
4. the above mentioned payment options are a red flag

The E61i for $210? The 5300 Music Express is $240 and that's half the phone the E61i is so I think it's a definite scam.
