Recently I had to reinstall firmware on my nokia e51 phone. So I managed to take care of everything but I can't understand what's the role of a icon on my desktop.
I drew on a destkop picture the icon because I couldn't find one right away, and I've circled around it here

so what does that symbol mean, the one with the arrow.
To me it looks like something uploading.. where can I turn it off.
