OK, so I just got a Nokia E5 (from Hong Kong) and I am in Canada now. It works perfectly, just... I have noticed that 'Chat' is missing from the list of.. programmes I guess.
It was NEVER there to begin with, so it didn't appear then disappear. It NEVER appeared on first start-up nor now.
I want to know why...
Also, the Volume Keys on the Right side of the phone, why is it there? (Aside from the obvious) because when I press it, it does not indicate whether or not the volume (of ANYTHING) has gone down. Then after holding it down for some time, I went to go check the Profile for my phone (General, Silent, ETC.) and under General, the Ringtone was at the same section...
Does the Volume Key ONLY affect Music volumes?
and why has my Chat (Ovi Chat or Nokia Messaging (whichever is the name)) not there?
