Hi all i have a c7 nokia touch screen and got it about a month ago and when u push the button on the side for camera/video mode it freezes and the only way to get my phone back 2 normal is 2 take the battery out and turn it on again but it always happens either when i push the camera/video button or when i take it out of it's stupid case...and when i take it out of it's case the camera light comes on as well... What do i do is there a fix 2 this prob.???... and in camera /video mode there is no picture just black and cant even exit out of it just freezes on me. What do i do plz help.
