i brought the nokia c3 mobile phone today with money given to me for christmas. i was happy about getting it. was abit disappointed that it didn't come with a cable so i can transfeer music from my laptop etc 
so in the manual, it told me to put my simcard in,and to charge the phone, it said it should have already been partly charged in factory, but if not, then it will take 7 minutes before the charge indicator appears on the display. I have had the charger in for more than 20minutes now and nothing has happened
Does anybody have any idea what may be the problem? this is a brand new phone & there should not be any problems can anybody give me any advice? I would be so grateful. Thankyou
