So, I've had my C3 since probably mid-June. It was working fine, other than every now and then it would reboot itself when I tried loading certain pages. I was harmlessly scrolling a website today - the same as I always do - and it crashed. No big deal, I thought. But when it rebooted, EVERYTHING was gone, except for three numbers on my SIM and a few pictures on my microSD. I didn't panic right away; it'd happened before. So I turned it off, and turned it back on. Everything was still gone. I turned it off for an hour... STILL GONE.
And the settings aren't even the same as they were when I got it. I can't open my browser, or anything. It's basically useless. I tried doing the settings only reset, and it just brought me back to exactly where I was when it shut off the first time.
Help! I'm about ready to chuck it out the window.
