Ok, so for Christmas my parents gave me the new pink Nokia C3-00. Couple of problems with it so far.
By the way, the network is Vodafone UK.
1. It wont connect to the internet via wifi; it decides to use the mobile internet instead.
I was trying to log into Facebook (I'm addicted =D) and it wouldn't work even though I was connected to our home wifi thing. Then like a minute later, I get a text from Vodafone saying they're going to charge me £2 just because I started using mobile internet, and they were going to give me 25mb free. Wtfudge?!
2. It says Emergency Calls Only even though I have signal.
It couldn't find signal anywhere in the house. At first I thought it was because I live in a place where signal is dodgy, but I eventually turned it off, took out the battery, put it in and turned it on again. Then... YES! SIGNAL! But still I cant call/text/or top up! It just says "Emergency Calls Only".
So, at this point, I feel extremely PO'ed at Nokia/Vodafone or whoevers fault this is. Is it a bug in the software, is it because I'm using Vodafone UK, or should I just return this phone and get a new one??? Help appreciated. 10 points to best answer!
