Nokia 8800 battery life

Is there any way to make the 8800 battery last more than 1 day? i've just boght a 700 mAH BP-6X battery for the scirroco, but it still lasts one day..
 
if there's a will there's a way! haha. well kidding aside. there's a lot of complain about 8800's battery life. dunno if the phone's hardware causes it or it just acts like a car engine running on gasoline. but if all else (energy saving routines) fails. why not try the upgraded battery! let's say 1000 maH; like this one

i guess the battery life depend on how you use the cellphone..do you call often? calling and playing in your cellphones makes the battery drained compare to just texting:)
 
besides calling and other usages... As far as I know the life of your battery also lessens if you over charge it.
 
Are there still cellphones batteries that shortens its life whenever you overcharge it?
 
i don't think so, when the battery is full, the phone stops charging it. And i don't play with the phone..mostly texting and abou 30 minutes of calling..and still doesen't last more than 1 day(brand new battery).

the 100 mAH battery seems like a god ideea, but i wouldn't buy it unless it's an nokia original product.
