OK. I have only had this phone for a little over a month. I had some scratches on the front of the screen that I was trying to get off using a method I found on the internet: toothpaste and baking soda. It didn't work. But then after failing to get the scratches off I had toothpaste crud between the directional keys and I tried getting it out by putting the phone under the sink for a second (stupid!). Then I tried turning on the phone, and it would only start itself showing the Verizon logo for a few seconds, turn off and repeat. I've tried putting the phone is rice overnight, but that hasn't helped my situation.
What can I do?
Also if I ultimately have to buy a new phone will I be subject to the 3G multimedia phone mandatory charge? When I became a customer it was BEFORE this was put in place?
