Nokia 7373 contact troubles?

Hello,
i own a nokia 7373

when i ring people it shows up who im ringing however when someone else rings me it says no number, not as in the number isnt saved it literally leaves no number,

is there any possible way you can fix this?

p.s cant afford a new one so hope can fix this?
