Nokia 7020 voice quality and customer service?

I bought a Nokia (4th Nokia I've owned) 7020 from Amazon on 1/19. I received it on 1/26. When I got it the display was coming off of the phone and the voice quality sucked, like I was in a barrel to people I was talking to. I returned the phone to nokia (1 yr warranty) and they repaired the display but not the voice quality. I once again returned it to Nokia (of course, at my expense again, totaling around $20 now) and their website says that they returned my phone to me not repaired. The phone should reach me sometime this week. On their website it said that it could be because the phone wasn't a US phone (which it is) or that it wasn't under the warranty and that they could not reach me for a price quote to fix it. That was not the case either. THE PHONE IS A MONTH OLD now and I've sent it to Nokia for repairs twice already and it is still not fixed.

I'm wondering if anyone has purchased this model phone (7020 flip) and if they have had voice quality problems with it. Also, I would definitely like to know what others' experiences have been like when dealing with Nokia relating to things such as this. As far as I'm concerned, they suck, but everyone's entitled to their own opinions.
