Nokia 6682 Stuck in Test Mode

When i turn on my phone, it has the Nokia across the bottom like normal startup, but the words "test mode" on the screen as well. I cannot figure out how to get out of it. Restarting/taking out the battery/reseating the sim card seem to have to effect, as it goes back to this screen upon restarting.

Do you remember anything unusual happening before it got stuck in test mode? Were you trying to flash the phone by any chance?
