nokia 6682 says emerg only access, help!

havng so much trbl w this phone. i thnk it is more of a laptop than anythng. 4 sum reason, not lettng me dial numbrs....says 'emerg only' but this all began when i needed 2 entr a PUK code. aftr callng cing and gettng PUK code, now wont let me dial anythng. help!!

sounds like a locked SIM, call Cingular and have them check again.
