Finally Nokia Firmware Updates available FROM Nokia

I looked on this site to see if I could find reference to this, but didn't see any. If this is already on the site sorry. I downloaded and updated my 6682 this weekend using this technology. Worked fine, just make sure to peform the backup to Memory card (or other backup method) and Restore from Memory card to save/restore settings.
I am glad Nokia finally made this available. I love my 6682, but was considering purchasing a phone from another company next time because of the lack of a firmware update program from Nokia (I never saw the reason why I had to send the phone in to vendor to get a firmware update).
I don't know anything beyond what is listed in the above information, but I am guessing that Nokia is now at least somewhat supporting the upgrades. As always, Upgrade at your own risk!
