nokia 6682 bluetooth

I am having some problems with my 6682 and bluetooth headsets. I have both a scala 700 and a plantronics 320 they have both worked fine in the past to speak with people. Recently i have not been able to pair the headsets with the phone. The phone will show paired but not let me talk or will not pair at all. Also since i have had the phne i have never been able to voice dial. i currently have a replacement phone also from cingular still not able to voice dial and have soame problems connecting bluetooth. I am kind of a novice all help would be appreciated.
