I connected my nokia 6300 to my laptop with windows 7 and every time i do it says USB device not recognized and when i click the message it says the device has malfunctioned, i have tried the pc suite that couldn't find it when i connect it either can someone please tell me what im foing wrong or is there anyway i can access my phone to get pictures, themes on etc.
