Nokia 6300 Does error to connect with nokia pc suit or ovi suit?

my english is not good, infect i have nokia 6300, the problem is that i flash my nokia 6300, my nokia 6300 origional version was v7.21, and i flsh it with v7.30 (Globel). after flashing there is no origional files like themes, ringing tones, application, and there is one more error. when i connect it on nokia pc suit or nokia ovi suit it gave error "PC Suite does not support the connected phone. The directory of PC Suite settings file is missing from the phone. Switch off your phone, switch it on, and try again" i try 2 times to flash my phone but still have the problem. plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help
