Nokia 6255i

Hello...got my Nokia 6255i and its pretty cool. Wondering if anyone has the fixes for picture messaging and web browsing? Also, this phone will connect thru IR and so Im wondering if i can edit these settings thru IR or if i will need the usb cable?

Since Cricket never carried the 6255, I think he wants the settings for MMS and WAP. If anyone can give me instructions on how to retrieve this from the Nokia 6265i using bluetooth I'll post the results. I don't plan on purchasing the data cable, so if that's required I won't be able to help.

Yes, thats it! I want to be able to do picture messaging and access the web. I will be getting a cable soon...found a lot of places selling it for around $10. delivered. BTW, I'm a little ignorant when it comes to camera/phone memory. This phone is supposed to use MMC media but I was wondering if SD would work also? The SD is much more readily available. Thanks again!

umm i think the compatibility does not go that way. if the hardware takes mmc it only takes mmc, but if it takes sd you can use sd and mmc.

so... you're stuck having to use mmc.

Perhaps I should call Nokia...the website is a bit confusing.
