Nokia 6235i Soft. Problem

Yesterday i install application for nokia 6235i for about 1.7MB size. After i want to check this app from my phones. the application wouldn't opened. always on loading process. think that not responded. i've already try to do *#7780# mode for restore factory mode, it didn't work. The application still installed.

Question : how to solve this problem?? how to erase all applications that been installed on my phone??? (hard reset)..

im not really sure about it. but back then, i have this application in my 6680 where you can actually see your phone drives in like "my computer format". try to find out if your 6235i has that kind of application.
when you hard reset your phone, all of the applications and files saved is already gone.

Thanks for the advice Mr. Brainox, but is there any application that could mentioned it?? i just use nokia pc suite 6.85.14..
