Nokia 6230i or SE v800

Im looking for a phone that i can use as an mp3 player and playback the occasional video file...which do you guys suggest..im told they both can do both features...i choose those to cause they are reletivly cheap and i dont want and S60 phone they are too big...

any other phone suggestions in the same price range??
