Nokia 6133 got me on fire

I got a 6133 from tmoble 2 months ago. The mic stopped working. so i did a waranty trade. everything was fine until i put my sd card in the new phone and now it has a password on it that i never set. they sent the old phone back to nokia and that was the only way to access the card so i have no way to access the card. I couldn't even access the card with my computer i dont want to reformat it because i will loose all my data. Ive called nokia they couldn't help i called kingston they couldn't help tmoble customer support couldnt help either. Ive tried all the factory codes nothing. Can someone please help me Thanh you in advance
 
Some cards come with pre set passwords, I'd say that's whats happened here, the password was stored in the old phone so you where not aware of it, but the new phone will look for it because it's a "new" memory card to it, Do you still have the box/books that came with the original phone/memory card? The pre-set password should be with them.
 
kingston the maker of the memory card said that there cards don't have any default lock codes. The phone had to have done it. And when I contacted Nokia they were of little to no help
 
Sometimes the operator will put a code on it, Try the last 4 digits of your mobile number, Sometimes it's set to this.
 
I tried that to nothing. If I got the master unlock code would that help or thats just for the phone. Ive spent hours surfing looking for a solution and nothing. the phone i have is a bb5 so i've learned the only way to get it unlocked is by tmoble who gets it from nokia
