Nokia 6110 Navigator & E-65: WiFi, GPS questions

Any Suggestion for a phone has both Navigator and WIFI? (Beside N95 because the price is way too high) Where can I get GPS software from?
 
I am not aware of any reasonably priced phones with those features. However, unlimited data plans are available at reasonable rates. Cingular is at 20.00 or so.
 
I haven't been as up to-date-on phones, since I've been happy with my 7370, BUT from what I've been reading lately... the 6110 has the GPS built-in and the E65 does not. That doesn't mean you can't GPS on the E65, you would require either connectiing to the internet OR buying a bluetooth compatible gps tracker and appropriate software.
