I've been looking for a t-mobile phone with good reception. My area only has good-fair reception per the t-mobile map, and while my family's Nokia's work well, my SE doesn't get great reception. I don't want to make the same mistake again. Any other phones from t-mobile I should consider?

motorla v360 or the new nokia 6103 is pretty much a 6102 but with bluetooth added now that is what i read. The v360 i think has expansion slot for the micro sd card that comes in handy when ur downloading mp3s to your phone and what not.

Thanks, I didn't know about the micro SD card.

I'm still wondering about the reception. Does anyone have either phone? How do they do in areas of not great coverage?

Motos and nokias are known for there reception. The moto v360 has voice dialing where as the nokia does not i am getting this info from phonescoop.com you can go there and compare the two .

Has anyone seen actual scientific test results from Consumer Reports or similar regarding RF -- reception/calling performance? From reading Howard forums, and this is anticdotal, the best RF among TMO offerings is, in order of best to worst:

1. Nokia
2. Samsung
3. Motorola

I don't think the above means much, because there are probably exceptions, BUT Nokia seems to be the best overall across all of their models.

I was considering the v360 since the mini SD memory card is a very nice feature, but I've read that the RF isn't as good as the Nokias.
