My Nokia 6085 headset just went down yesterday morning and I could not hear anything from it, I went to AT&T shop and a technician told me that I might have a bad headset but not the cellular phone itself. I used the headset for over a year and some time it just dropped to the carpet and lose the connection between the phone and headset.
Could this be the bad headset or other thing? Thanks in advance.
