Nokia 5800 WIFI problem?

I try to connect to my school network with my NOKIA 5800
however, it won't let me connect to the WIFI, and it display WPA authentication fail.
It did not ask me to put the password.
when i connect my laptop to the school WIFI, I need to put both my name and password.
Is anyone know what to do??
