i own a nokia 5800 and i have had a problem with my voice message icon. i receive messages but the icon does not appear to alert me of having voice messages. if i have a missed call i have to check if a message is left. if my phone is turned off and a voice message is left, when i turn it on the new voice message alert will not appear so i would not know a voice message was left. However, if i switch my sim card in another phone and a voice message is there the icon will appear on the other phone. I already tried the Master reset on the phone. That did not work. Can someone help?
