Nokia 5530 web application problem?

I have the Nokia 5530 and every time I open up the web application and I type in a website or click a bookmark it would just close. It also won't let me access the OVI store and I tried doing it via the computer using the Nokia Software Updater but it would just say Missing Software Component. And the weird thing is that Nimbuzz and mail work.
