nokia 5530 system error ?

I turn on my nokia 5560 and i get a missed call message and i exit it then a message comes up saying that i have a system error. after this shows up my phone continues to work, the only thing is that i cant call text or contract any one from my phone, i have reset it using the factory settings buy going into the phone management and putting in the code of 12345 and reseting the factory settings, can any one let me know what i can do to get my phone back thanks
