nokia 5530 and mac help please?

i might be getting a nokia 5530 soon but have a mac and no access to a pc and have a few questions....
1)can i still use the ovi store on the nokia without a pc,
2)wat exactly is the ovi store and
3)would i just be better off with a sony ericsson c902 or samsung tocco lite???
